WHAT "SAME-DAY" ACTUALLY MEANS
When you book a Same-Day Setup appointment, your instrument gets a dedicated, priority slot on our bench. The vast majority of guitars dropped off during their scheduled morning window are fully calibrated and ready to pick up before closing time.
However, true craftsmanship cannot be compromised. If our shop experiences an unexpected surge or your instrument uncovers deep, hidden technical issues upon inspection, we reserve the right to move the completion to the next business day to guarantee our work hits our strict quality standards.

COMMON ISSUES WE FIX SAME-DAY
If your instrument is actively holding your playing back, we can quickly iron out these performance problems on the same day:

Needs The Standard Queue
NOT ELIGIBLE FOR SAME-DAY
Deep physical or mechanical work takes time to settle and cure on the bench. The following services must enter our standard repair queue:
Precision fret leveling, crowning, and profiling
Partial or complete neck refrets
Major structural wood work
Headstock breaks, cracked tops, loose braces.

THE EXPRESS LANE RULES
To keep our workshop running smoothly and ensure every player gets their gear back on time, we enforce a strict policy for same-day clients:
Arrive 5 Minutes Early
We operate on a tight bench schedule. If you miss your drop-off window, we reserve the right to cancel your express slot.
Bring Your Special Strings
We stock standard player gauges, but if you run specific custom, boutique, or highly uncommon string brands, you must bring them with you.
The 2:00 PM Cutoff
Any same-day drop-offs or bookings occurring after 2:00 PM will automatically be ready on the next business day.
Luthier Discretion
If our inspection reveals severe underlying neck or structural damage, we reserve the right to push your instrument to the standard queue to protect the guitar.
